Chef Bobby is prepared to create delicious meals around the clock for his floating clientele plus crew.  The pacific coast is where Chef Bobby does most of his cruising. Far north as Alaska and as far south as Cabo. He specializes in multi-cuisine which gives him the skills to adjust his menus based on where he’s at in the world.
