Chef Bobby here was born and raised in California and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York and holds a BA in the studies of Hotel Restaurant and Travel Management from Cal Poly Pomona. He worked for the Pacific Club in Irvine, the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club in Newport Beach, the Golden Truffle in Costa Mesa, Saltwater Catering in Irvine, the former owner / operator of Michaelangelo’s Restaurant in Fullerton for over 20 years and Executive chef at Temecula Olive Oil Company.
With his years of experience and knowledge, Chef Bobby can tailor a menu to fit any size event and budget. There are no limitations and no restrictions. He can provide sample menus as a guide in which to start. In addition to providing full service catering at your home, office or farm. Chef Bobby has the ability to provide his services anywhere you choose to entertain.
How it works
Personal chef service can be a fun and exciting experience. It is much simpler than most people think. We start with a complimentary no-obligation meeting via phone or in person to discuss several items including location, party size, menu, and if there are any special food requirements that need to be addressed.
Chef Bobby will then plan and develop a custom menu that will compliment your desires for the event. Upon completion, Chef Bobby will send you the menu for approval. Should any changes be needed, they can be discussed at this time. Upon approval of your final menu, your service date will be booked and confirmed.
On the day of your event Chef Bobby will personally shop and select the freshest and highest quality ingredients available for your event. The Chef will arrive at your event with his food and needed equipment to prepare and cook your selections. All of your cuisine is cooked fresh at your event to insure the highest quality. Any leftovers will be professionally wrapped and labeled for use later.
The facility will be cleaned just as the chef found it and everything will be put back exactly where it was found. Another successful event!
